Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use Applidash for:

• Tracking and organizing your personal job applications.
• Generating statistics and PDF reports about your job search progress.
• Managing events related to your application process.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Automate interactions with the service (scraping, botting) without prior written consent.
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Applidash -- including its code, interface, logos, and branding -- is owned by Applidash and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you input.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Applidash is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data to provide the service and do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as disclosed in that policy.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.
• We may terminate your access for violations of these terms.
• Upon termination, you may export your data before deletion. We will purge personal data within 30 days after account deletion.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applidash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
